SEC to break ground on LCD plant in china

SEC signed an agreement with TCL Corp to cooperate in investing and
managing the 7.5-generatin factory to be built in Suzhou(early 2013).

*TCL Corp : Sixth-largest TV manufaturer in the world
                  (1.SEC 2.LGE 3.Sony 4.Panasonic 5.Sharp)

SEC obtained approval from Chinese government in Dec. last year.

In 2010, China became the largest LCD TV market in the world(expected to hit 40Mu).

LGE has also gotten the nod from the Chinese government to buil an 8-gen factory in Guanzhou
